@_LucasRizzotto This looks great! I gather passthrough stuff is quite restrictive so you’ve done a great job here. What operations are you able to perform on the passthrough? Can you add and multiply in 2 passes on top of passthrough or is your final frame rendered on top in one operation?

We really need to stop treating Quest 2 MR users as second class citizens. This video shows that there's no reason any MR app should be black and white anymore. I'm willing to help out any dev who wants to implement this in their app. Let's bring color to 20 million users!

@steffanglynn Rubik's fact: A solved Rubik's cube isn't always the same. The one thing that can change and be unnoticeable is the orientation of the central stickers. If you drew arrows on them, scrambled and solved, the arrows could point in any direction.

I need to design a bunch of swimming pools for my new game... So I created this lovely level editor. It feels like magic to have the 3D shapes form while I play around with shapes. #gamedev #madewithunity

@chrisoldfield Regarding my “username” comment. I am criticising the use of these things as passwords. There is no hidden information, just that they are hard to copy. It’s not the phone companies, banks etc that you should be worried about, it’s the fact the locks are weak.

@chrisoldfield So yeh the point is that Apple don’t have your bio data, the average person has absolutely no chance of getting it and the best hackers in the world could find nothing meaningful.

@chrisoldfield I meant someone with physical access, desoldering chips etc. Besides the data will be one-way encrypted in the same way passwords are. Passwords are entered, encrypted and compared to the original encrypted data, your password is rarely ever stored on any website in plain text.

@chrisoldfield Tech-wise the fingerprint is stored locally on iPhones. In fact it is stored in a secure enclave- no other software can access it and if there is any hardware intervention then the data gets deleted. Also fingerprints are usernames, not passwords, they are public.
