@twilio @AuMan66 My wife thought that "bug triage" meant a hotline for bug injuries. I laughed, but flowing from that thought, I never know who to call if I find an injured animal. My hotline triages non-emergency, emergency, and unsafe animal issues based on date/time, city, state, and region.
