Meet the LUCKIEST baby bunny in all of the world! For 20 mins I’m throwing the ball for my 3 large beasts, and given the fact my dogs have already killed 3 baby bunnies this season alone… There was no way I was going to let them end a 4th! This poor baby was crouched down in my grass where my dogs ran past it numerous times! I nearly stepped on the poor thing!!! I looked down and there it was! 🐰 So I swiftly put it on the other side of the fence so I can get the dogs safely inside, and then I had to rescue him a second time so he didn’t hop into the street! I then look and I see a nice sized gap in the bottom of my shed. I put him down and he went right underneath it. So that’s their den. Under my shed. Now I have to come outside before I let my dogs out so this little baby bunny has a chance to survive. I’m pretty certain he’s a part of the litter my dogs nearly decimated a few weeks ago. And with that fact alone, I couldn’t let them murder this bunny!!! 🐰 I tried relentlessly to save the last one!!! I failed. From hawks to bald eagles to coyotes to 2 German shepherds and a bunny and skunk killing machine known as my Rottweiler, Cali…. This bunny already has the cards stacked against him! But he ain’t dying today!!! Not on my watch!!!
