Great day today! While the Mr. Market was sleeping with the S&P down 0.09% today and I was seeing patients in clinic, this account pulled in $1,452, a gain of over 8% ROI. Most of it was from doubling down on whatever was already falling from yesterday's crash. Account is again at an all time high of $19,283

@danh1975 @Cyber_Trailer Takes in fresh air and expels hot (or cold) air. Keeps the house air pressure stable, instead of sucking in hot humid air from the windows and doors, it cools and dehumidifies the air before it comes in, and keeps positive pressure in the house, my wood stove has one too.

How in the hell did this take so long to figure out? This makes me want to walk around the house and just think about things that never made sense from the start.

@Cyber_Trailer Well, I feel it's still not smarter than a heat pump on wheels that you can bring from room to room, floor to floor as needed, that's also a heater and dehumidifier. Can't just be me.🫡 This is peak usability.

@QcMcleod @Cyber_Trailer just don't by this model if you have that. I bought a model that sits on the ground with a window adaptor that can fit vertical or horizontal windows.

@Cyber_Trailer Wait until you figure out most windows are now sideways, not guillotine standard.

It's a step closer, now you have a split system without having to drill holes through the wall. But now you've lost the window seal that prevents air leak. Even if you have an adapter at the bottom to let the window close, you lose the seal along the top so hot air will seep right back into the home. A handy person might be able to seal it and never open the window again, but tenants will not use it correctly.

Canada will have the choice of buying or not buying a BYD vehicle, just as Mexico does in its free market. BYD is preparing to enter the Canadian market, with plans to open around 20 dealerships there later this year. Tesla will die the moment BYD enters the US market and Elon knows it.

this I know, that's why I don't buy the crap that we have to give that much in tip. My waitresses went on to get medical assistant degrees and they still worked as waitresses because they found out it makes more money. But if states bring wages up to minimum wage, there is less expectations for customers to give high tips.

Kaleb and I went out for dinner last night and I left a $20 tip on a $125 bill. The waiter didn't take it well and told us we shouldn't be going out to eat if we can't afford to tip at least 50. Now we're wondering if $20 isn't really enough.

how are some states allowing servers to work less than the minimum wage is the problem. Fix your state laws that allow this to happen. If they start at minimum wage plus a bit of tips, that's equivalent to an advanced degree without having to borrow money and go to school for it.

@Hania16836 Let me explain the part NOBODY states.. in 2003 15% was advised by every major news source. In 2003, waiters earn 2.15$ PER hour. 2026, waiters still earn less than $3 PER hour. Mostly still 2.15$. Can YOU survive off that w/o tips? If you can, you must be special. Now disappear

Can’t believe this guy’s goal is to hoard a $10T net worth. I would think with all that wealth, he would use it to help people more. Like ending deaths in car accidents, or providing affordable transport for everyone, or offering internet to isolated people groups or something.

lean protein is the best, not the ones oozing with fat like in the picture. But also everybody is different, without looking at your lipid profile I can't say for your if it is the best for you. I just wanted to point out how fast you can die if you eat like that, you guys make your own judegment.
