@danidonovan I just make giant one-pots of the same two meals and rotate them every 10 days. Cooking day exhausts me though, and I have to wear a back brace in the kitchen because of chronic pain. It's crazy to think that I used to cook every night.








I used to think I loved helping people because I was just a kind person. Then I learned ADHD brains get dopamine from solving problems, being needed, and making things better. So now I know I am kind and chemically rewarded.
