The entire industry should be rallying behind @rstormsf and praying that he wins his Tornado Cash case. He built an honest privacy tool, and he was punished for it. That’s unacceptable. But from a different perspective, our industry also NEEDS him to win. We need it because otherwise none of the new privacy protocols will dare to build something truly empowering without ultra backdoor cucking and self imposed limitations. Today we have tons of new “privacy” products that are utterly scared to open the flood gates. Not a single good tool exists. Aztec V1 was the second best after TC and they sunsetted it. We need PrivacyPunk to come back. And for that, we all need Roman Storm to win. Free Roman ✊

Ethereum is mature. This language indicates a clear purpose: getting the next billion users. We still have to figure out compliance, legal, and many more conflicts of interest, specially around LATAM, but it gets easier if we use simpler language.

It's been a long time since I visited the ethereum.org website, and I noticed one big difference: There are no confusing/technical words. The site is written for the everyday human.

I don't demonize VCs (or any form of raising for that matter). I demonize wasting money and time on unusable/crypto-people-only products. I demonize max profit extraction without clear long-term vision for the community. But I don't want to focus on that half of the sphere...

The crypto sphere is weird, On the one hand there's the money-heads desperate to chase the next big thing, pivot, seek VC money and build hype with it. On the other hand there's the people who build with passion and solve real problems, probably not with the biggest profits.
