Zed can handle this with multi-root projects. Add both repos to the same project and work across them together, without combining them into a monorepo.

i've got multiple repos (a frontend and a backend) and I want claude to work across both of them at the same time. but i also want to use worktrees so i can work on multiple things at the same time. ...how? typically i'd go monorepo but one repo is OSS and one is not.

@p_mbanugo @vivekgalatage Not quite the same, but its dynamic, so if you're streaming, you can still show code, but not worry about keys being leaked.

fable is so good that i actively want to read other people's transcripts of their fable conversations but the "multiplayer" experience here is so bare-bones. transcripts should also have google docs-style comments or something. so much more possible here
