@levelsio This is ideal but in reality there is a big gap between high level commands and the 'how'. "Raise arm 45deg" means controlling multiple joints which change based on robot. This is where usebow.com simplifies the motor control aspect but more to be done for perception

Couldn't agree more - there's so much in neuroscience that simplifies building minds beyond even the need for massive gou clusters and mountains of data. It's not being explored properly yet but those techniques will be more powerful than current approaches to AI and robotics

@DrJimFan We'll never achieve that if we keep making every robot's tech stack a niche of its own! There is so much wasted effort, instead of building on top of each other we keep reinventing the wheel. That's why BOW is making truly portable and robot agnostic software with the help of AI.

You know which one will fall last? Robotics. I predict an AI will discover important new theorems BEFORE we have a generally-capable robot that can cook, clean, drive, patrol, and take care of your pets, babies, sick, and elders in every household. We humans assume a professional mathematician is way harder than manual labor. Our AI systems will disagree. Don’t ever under-estimate the Moravec’s paradox.
