a B2B SaaS founder told me "Reddit doesn't work for software companies" 30 days later: 623k impressions across their target threads 103k high intent visitors to their site demo requests up 2x sales cycle got shorter because prospects showed up already knowing the product Reddit doesn't work for software companies though

three things most SaaS companies don't realize about Reddit in 2026 Google now ranks Reddit threads above most company blogs for buying intent keywords. if someone searches "best project management tool" the top results are Reddit threads. AI chatbots pull from Reddit. when someone asks ChatGPT for a recommendation it scrapes Reddit for answers. if you're not there you don't get recommended. Reddit threads compound. a single comment can generate traffic for months or even years. that's the opposite of ads where you stop paying and the traffic stops immediately. this is why we drove 103k visitors for a SaaS client in 30 days and the traffic is still growing
