huge news for Flutter, Xiaomi is rewriting their system apps with Flutter "The Flutter engine will unify UI rendering and logic structure, replacing the fragmented architecture based on Java/Kotlin. This refactoring will be fully rolled out as HyperOS 4 progresses."

@rsty_rafe i believe there is an api both on Android and iOS you can use to get the value and I believe there is package for that on pub as well I will tag in under once i come across it again

It’s a pretty simple implementation (getting an approximate radius for iOS devices) and using it as the radius.

@jezell Impeller has a special place in my heart since earlier versions of the code where containing beautiful approaches on how to build a 2d engine from scratch. We migrated some parts of the code to JS and I use it almost everyday. There are likely many more jewels in this codebase.

Skia Graphite Activity vs Flutter Impeller activity. One of these is not like the other. One page of github commits in Graphite goes back a couple weeks to the end of October and includes a mix of additions, refactors, and fixes. Impeller is mostly just fixes and documentation updates with no improvements otherwise. One page of github commits goes back to August. Which would you trust your future more with? Pretty easy answer there.
