Kislingbury took control in the second half to come away as 4-1 winners. A decent game of football on a hot Sunday, not bad at all.

A goal apiece at half-time. Finedon opened the scoring early on after a calamitous defensive mix-up, before Kislingbury equalised on the stroke of half-time with a worldy from 25 yards.

I'm over in Kislingbury today for some #groundhopping as they play host to Finedon Volta Reserves in the @northantscombo. Playing on the back pitch today rather than main pitch, but thankfully still some shade available to keep cool in. #nonleague #groundhop @NonLeagueCrowd

If Southampton got away with just paying a fine, that would just incentivise everyone to spy for the play-offs. Because a couple hundred grand fine is nothing compared to the £200 million prize for promotion.

An Independent Disciplinary Commission has today expelled Southampton from the Sky Bet Championship Play-Offs after the Club admitted to multiple breaches of EFL Regulations related to the unauthorised filming of other Clubs’ training. In addition, the Club has received a four-point deduction that will be applied to the 2026/27 Championship table. The effect of today’s order is that Middlesbrough are reinstated into the 2026 Play-Offs and will proceed to the Play-Off Final against Hull City. @EFL_Comms I'll be damned, the EFL/Independent Commission have actually given the correct punishment for once rather than wimping out with a lighter sanction.

Looks like Spurs really are staying up then, West Ham are an absolute shambles.

A better second half performance from Brora as they at least tried to salvage something, but they just couldn't score. A very disappointing day out in all at one of the worst football grounds I've ever been to. Not sure I have motivation to watch more football now until 26/27.

Edinburgh 2-0 up at half-time against a Brora side who very clearly have zero interest in promotion. Feels a little like I've wasted my time making this journey when one of the sides involved clearly aren't interested in giving it a proper go.
