🇪🇺🤔 Is the EU a Censoring Regime? Recent Reports say No: After the @EU_Commission fined Musk's platform €120M for breaching transparency rules under the DSA, Musk and various USA politicians have slammed the EU, accusing it of suppressing free speech. Musk even called for the EU to be abolished over it. 💥 But what does the 2025 World Press Freedom Index say? The WPFE shows that the top 15 countries in the world for press freedom are all in Europe, with 12 of them being EU member states. The other 3 are closely linked to the EU through EEA and EFTA. 🌍 So, is the EU really undermining free speech, or are they just holding tech giants accountable for transparency? 🤔 What’s your take? 🆕Today we launched an important project in 🇸🇮 linked to its National Recovery Plan: we will work to increase competition in the 🇸🇮 #publicprocurement, especially at the local level. 🤝With Urban Kodrič and @OECDgov we will promote collaborative public procurement procedures.
