6 years ago today I tried to take my own life. Seems like a whole lifetime ago now. Still get my down days but there nowhere near as bad as what they once were. Take one day at a time and im finally getting there ❤️

It's been an amazing couple of weeks. First proper major tournament following Scotland.
Hopefully the SFA can learn from the tournament.
✅ Treat fans like adults, remove alcohol ban at games
✅ Refurbish Hampden, being stands nearer to pitch, especially behind the goals.
