rpact is the best R package to design adaptive clinical trials. As an #RStats package, it has a website, a Shiny app, >10 vignettes, timely updates, and ongoing workshops & talks. I can't think of a better way for an R package to exist and evolve. rpact.com/products

New preprint: Group Sequential Designs: A Tutorial psyarxiv.com/x4azm Friedrich Pahlke, Gernot Wassmer, and myself explain how to design and report sequential designs using rpact. The rpact shiny app is a game-changer. It makes it very easy to implement sequential designs.

The package development is in progress, but now is a great time for us to make the community aware of it. Please have a look at {jmpost}, try it out (e.g. fitting a joint model and look at estimated longitudinal and survival fit)

With this post, we would like to introduce the new R package {jmpost} for nonlinear joint modeling. {jmpost} supports fitting joint models (JM) involving two sub-models and a link function. Check it out: genentech.github.io/jmpost
