"And there is a ban upon a city which We have destroyed: they shall not return, until when Gog and Magog are released, and they, from every elevation, descend." (Quran 21:95-96) This is the high level event that changed the entire history of the world and is reverberating until this very day. #Divine_Timeline

@VerminusM Holding all Jews responsible for "killing" Jesus is inaccurate and wrong. Broad generalization is something what weak minds tend to do.

If it's okay to hate Jews for "killing" Jesus then should Muslims hate Arabs for killing Imam Ali and Husayan?

Nature gave us animals, religion forbade us from eating pork. Nature gave us medicine but religion forbade us from taking certain medications. Nature gave us sex organs, religion limits us on when to use it. Religion is anti nature and thus not for the common good of humanity.

People often mock medieval Europeans for being dumb and uncivilized. But unlike modern Western societies, they understood that abhorrent crimes should be punished. The UK could never.

@Azax_Railgun Sure. I just mean that deeper faculty in us that judges what’s possible or impossible, true or false. That’s all I was pointing to. If you want to call it intuition, that's fine. It's all in the same ballpark.

Of course. Everything has a reason. The reason explains why it must happen. Somethings are necessary. We all must suffer to become better. For instance athletes suffer to become better in their sports. If there is no suffering there is no good life. The question is why do we suffer? That requires understanding. And reasons. If you tell a football player, why do you suffer with all this training? He tells you he has a reason.

Brother, we need to be always fair, even against our enemies. Being fair does not mean that we condone their evil. But it means that we react proportionately. For instance, if someone spits on us it would not be fair to kill the person. It is called, an eye for an eye. That said, I believe that the slavery of the African people is one of the greatest injustices in history. I believe what happened was against the command of God. And I believe that God will punish all that were involved one by one with the perfect punishment. That will happen on the Day of Judgement. After all people have died and became resurrected. It's mentioned in the holy books.

Yes, God already knows what will happen. God allows for some evil to happen out of necessity. If there would be no evil there would be no good. It is like light and dark. Otherwise we cannot discern any of it. Yes, there is some evil but when you look at the good it's much more than the evil.

@danieljcross_ @_Ochiedike There's no need to test tomorrow sun will rise, we know it will happen, as God knew that. Not to mention God could make people unable to become criminals. If he set up the scenario and it's part of his divine plan, then we're not free because our actions are conditioned by him.

Yes, but I didn't mean the mind. The mind can accept false premises, so it can be fooled. I'm referring to the deeper faculty in our consciousness that acts as the final arbiter, the one that discerns: - the necessary - the possible - the impossible and judges: - true vs. false - just vs. unjust - real vs. fake Somewhere in us, there is a final arbiter that cannot be bypassed. That is what I mean by intellect: a rational faculty that makes those discernments.

Ridiculous. Your mind is not floating on enlightenment in a sensory void. Even granting the sole ability to comprehend language - written or spoken - it's quite easy to make you believe something, and then the opposite of that very thing. And the more intelligent you think you are, the easier the task at hand.

Are there Islamic traditions where as-Samiri is ad-Dajjal? Because if so, Jacob of Serugh believes the Golden Calf is meant to symbolize the Antichrist according to his Homily on the Antichrist

He needs them first to accumulate error before punishing them. It's not the fault of God. It's the fault of the criminals. It is a test. For the test to work God needs to distance himself for a little while. If God wouldn't test us then the criminals would also be in paradise. That would not be right. The good news is that everybody is tested. Simply believing is not enough. You must be actually just and fair and not a criminal. We have nothing to fear from God. Only from our own injustice. Especially towards other people and especially against the innocent. I ask God to guide us to what is right and good.

@danieljcross_ @_Ochiedike Meanwhile the time is right, God does nothing despite being ommipotent and omniscient. Why should we trust in his judgement? Because it seems he's as evil letting what is happening right now in the world as Devil is said to be since forever.

In the ancient world slavery was normal unfortunately. It was part of the political reality. All Abrahamic religions dealt with it realistically. All three traditions emerged in worlds where slavery already existed as part of material economies and labor structures. None introduced it. All restricted, regulated, and morally constrained it. Islam provided the clearest legal mechanism toward gradual abolition. Christianity provided the strongest spiritual universalism that later fueled abolitionist movements. Judaism provided the oldest legal constraints and protections, softening the institution. Any believers that actively and unjustly enslaved people were surely wrong and will be judged by God.

Paul said that escaped slaves should be returned to their owners and that slaves should obey their masters. He could have said, “If you own slaves, free them,” but instead, he expressed an opinion which would’ve agreed with the majority opinion in the Dread Scott ruling. Given your comment, it seems that Paul wasn’t a real Christian.

God orders us to be just and fair and not transgress. During this lifetime. God expects us to stop injustice if we can, or speak up against it, or hate it in our hearts. Anyone who claims to believe in God and is unjust either doesn't understand or is a hypocrite false believer.

@danieljcross_ @_Ochiedike That’s just what they tell you to scare you into following their rules. Convenient that the punishment/reward only happens after you die and can no longer tell people that it’s fake…
