@MesserBest 7 and 8 hour sleep…in one day…exists?

I contend that if you go to sleep at 1am and wake at 8am you feel fine. If you go to sleep at 9pm and wake at 5am you feel rubbish. The second number is the important one. Even with an hour less sleep, the first option is better.
