@SnazzyLabs They make sharkbite-style connectors for copper refrigerant lines, and the vacuum pump and torque wrench you can get at Harbor Freight. I bought a refill tank of R-32 from FL, and was able to recharge and repair my mini split with YouTube tutorials.

@SnazzyLabs Sorry about the 3 hour thing, they've got you over a barrel with that. In the future, you can actually do a surprising amount of minor HVAC stuff without license or expensive tools as long as you're not brazing.

I didn't know how much I needed to listen to @slime_machine unintentionally mog on Nile Red on computer science and theoretical physics today (with no disrespect to Nigel).

@falco It'd be an interesting experiment to feed all of @aidencalvin's audio from the podcasts and especially the primo eps into an LLM model and compare its response to questions compared to the real thing.

@slime_machine I know this because as a little kid it was the first time I called into a radio station and the first time I got yelled at by a radio station.

@slime_machine Fun fact, Sierra tried to get their fans to request radio stations to play that Girl in the Tower song and put instructions in each box. Most stations were pissed off/confused since the song wasn't from any known music publisher and didn't play the song/sent C&Ds to Sierra.
