I’m not one for making a fuss but, why has my 90 year mum Jo, been waiting 21 weeks for her curtains to be delivered and fitted by @JohnLewisRetail this is a real disappointment as we have always experienced great service in the past!

Apprentice, Will was introduced to choccie today. Didn't take him long to get covered but even the old hands have never solved that problem. His evilness wasn't at his best either. Something to do with a Halloween party. 🤣

To meet a true icon of the music industry was phenomenal - her humility shone from her - yet she has achieved the highest acclaim throughout her career.
