@danklammer Brilliant! I did modernise it a little in my own "adaptation" of your approach, mainly using calc() to replace some of the hard-coded values 👍

@DropshareApps Super helpful — thank you! Looks like there might be a bug with @panic's Transmit, listing folders and filenames with the same name? Cyberduck allows me see both file and folder.

@danklammer For S3, it’s a folder structure. The HTML file has the same name than the folder itself, with no file ending.

@danklammer You mean on the server after uploading? Depends on the storage provider. Usually, it’s just an HTML file with the same name than the uploaded file, in a folder.

TL;DR: Overall, for the same visual quality, JPEG XL is ~17% smaller than AVIF, which is ~17% smaller than WebP, which is ~17% smaller than JPEG.
