These are the porter potties that are currently up at the Losee center at UVU . At this point I think they’re just screwing with us…… & if you haven’t seen it I just did a Live on my YouTube channel where I picked apart the prosecutions case to shreds . Idk how you could watch it & still think Tyler Robinson should even have to go to trial.

🚨 BREAKING: High-quality surveillance video has just been shown in court showing Tyler Robinson TAKING THE SHOT at Charlie Kirk Robinson is SCREWED. He’s now on his way back to his cage, via a HEAVILY armed escort. Press were not allowed to stream the video. Only those in the courtroom, including members of the public and family members, were allowed to see the video. This week was an absolute BEATDOWN for the defense. The death penalty is staring him directly in the eyes. Next hearing is set for September 1st here in Utah

🚨 TYLER ROBINSON WILL NOT TESTIFY On the record moments ago: Robinson's own defense attorney told the court they advised him of his right to testify at this hearing, and that he is choosing to take their advice and NOT testify. The judge confirmed it: Robinson nodded yes. He stays silent. As is his right. At a preliminary hearing the defendant almost never testifies, so this is not a surprise. But it is now locked into the record on the final day.

🚨 The attorney for Erika Kirk and the family just addressed Judge Graf directly. His argument: the family hasn't seen the video evidence, and they should get to. His words to the court: "There's a complete distortion of reality that was just put forth." And on what this hearing is really about: "This is about allowing the family to see the evidence" gathered after a 10 month investigation "in which a father, a husband was assassinated." He asked the judge to let the family view the video the way the court has, so they can process the moment. For the record: this is the victim's representative speaking, not the state and not the defense. Three different sets of lawyers, three different interests in that room.

UPDATE: TYLER ROBINSON TRIAL PRELIMINARY EVIDENCE ! I’m really trying to be objective here , I’m not in denial that Tyler Robinson did this but the evidence was extremely oversold & based on a gunshot wound with such a low probability that after all of the certainty that was promoted by the DOJ , mainstream media & TPUSA itself I expected a lot more than what we got . I’ve been analyzing the footage & images of the car they said was Tyler Robinsons at UVU & I’m trying to do so as objectively as possible but I can’t get over this. The front of the car just doesn’t match , Even ChatGPT confused it with an SUV because of the poor image quality . I’ve been doing some research and it looks like the car they’re claiming was Tyler’s at UVU has a modified front end . Below are a few pictures of Tyler’s actual car , the car they’re claiming was his and images of the modifications that align more with the car seen at UVU . I want to know what you guys think & if anyone has more information that can help improve my analysis please quote post or DM me .
