Now published in Cell Reports we show that a repeat insertion sequence provides seed region for a mRNA-mRNA interaction, and this coordinates a reduction in cell wall crosslinking in a clinical S. aureus (VISA) isolate cell.com/cell-reports/p…

I'm happy to share that my first-author paper published in msystems is now out! This was based off my PhD work which looked into the sRNA interactome of vancomycin-tolerant S. aureus using a multi-omics approach. journals.asm.org/doi/full/10.11…
