Two kills in SCREAM 7 really impressed me. The theater kill Jake alludes to here was cleverly staged to allow for stylized, Argento style brutality, and the bar kill seemed to be a pretty direct homage to My Bloody Valentine. Good kills are good kills even if the movie isn't!

Scream 7 gargled sweaty nutsack most of the time BUT there’s a kill early on that’s very well done. Lots of blood too! A top 10 execution from the whole series. It is the best part of the entire film without question!
