You’re right — this is the correct formatting:
i analyzed 295 native ads doing $10k/day across ugly but profitable niches
pets
fungus
health
beauty
all pulled with gethookd api + mcp
and the funny part is most of them are not creative genius
they just repeat the same copy patterns over and over
problem callout
weird mechanism
proof stack
fear angle
simple before/after promise
i found 10 copy patterns they keep using
and put them into one swipe file so you can plug your own product into them fast

gpt2.0 + a product image is a cheat code for amazon listings
most brands make product creatives way too slowly
one hero shot
one benefit graphic
one lifestyle image
then they wait weeks to test another angle
the edge is speed
take one product
use ai to map every buyer reason
portable
easy to clean
usb-c charging
travel-friendly
smoothies anywhere
healthy routine
then turn each angle into a full listing image stack
same blender
different reason to buy
that’s how you test visual promises fast
rt + comment "listingkit" and i’ll send the full setup

seedance 2.0 with the right ugc prompting framework is a cheat code
i tested it by turning one kids water gun into a full creative batch
different scenes
different hooks
different product angles
different use cases
different ad concepts
all from the same product
no creator
no shoot
no editing team
just one product image, one prompt system, and seedance generating the variations
this is the first time ai ugc actually feels scalable for ecommerce testing
i put the full product-to-ugc workflow into one file

Deep research is not just collecting comments or running a generic prompt on Chat GPT.
You need to know what you're looking for and where to find it.
The MECHANISM behind why something works matters more than the feature list on the back of the bottle.
The LIFE FORCE 8 emotion you anchor every hook on decides whether the buyer stops scrolling or keeps moving.
Brands should be collecting proof and gaining more understanding AT LEAST once per month.
Follow, like, and comment "DEEP" for my Deep Research Report prompt you can plug into Claude Cowork.

$95k+/month products are being pushed with creatives like this
a cartoon tooth getting attacked from the inside
looks chaotic
almost uncomfortable
but you understand the problem instantly
that’s the whole advantage
no long copy
no complex explanation
just a visual that hits in the first second
pain → cause → urgency
these animated ai ads are working because they make it obvious
you can’t “see” enamel damage normally
here you feel it immediately
and once the problem is clear
the solution becomes easy to sell
this is why these formats are scaling fast right now
i mapped out exactly how to build them step by step

Claude Code can now watch & analyze ANY video 🤯
I built a skill that gives Claude the ability to watch any video file you drop in — UGC ads, competitor Meta ads, organic TikToks, screen recordings, anything.
All inside Claude Code.
Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who study competitor creative every week to figure out what's working and what to test next.
Here's the problem:
If you're studying competitor ads on Meta or hooks on TikTok, you're scrubbing through videos manually, pausing to write down hooks, screenshotting on-screen text, and trying to remember what made the ad land by the time you've watched 10 of them.
This skill solves it:
→ Drop any video file into Claude Code
→ Skill routes it through the Gemini API for native video understanding
→ Returns a full creative teardown — hook breakdown, target audience, angle, beat-by-beat, on-screen text verbatim
→ Surfaces the steal-worthy patterns you can apply to your own creative
→ Same skill works on UGC ads, produced video ads, organic TikToks, and Loom recordings
No manual scrubbing.
No pausing every 5 seconds.
No $200/mo ad intelligence platform.
What you get:
- Native video understanding via Gemini (not just transcripts)
- Structured analysis — hook, angle, audience, pain point, CTA
- Verbatim on-screen text and dialogue with timestamps
- Hook variations generated directly from competitor ads
- About 27 cents per 30-minute video
Built 100% in Claude Code with the Gemini API.
I recorded a full breakdown showing exactly how I built this and I'm giving away the skill for free.

AI animated videos are converting harder than anything i've tested this year - and they look insane
spent months figuring out the exact system, finally got it dialed in and sharing it ALL with you
here's everything you get:
- the animation prompting framework that gets cinematic results first try
- how i keep characters & scenes consistent across unlimited clips
- the method i use to scale to 30+ creatives a day without losing quality
- script writer to write best scripts on autopilot
rt + reply 'ANIMATE' and i'll send you step-by-step playbook (must follow so i can dm)

this is f*cking insane ai animated videos are converting harder than anything i’ve tested this year, and they look unreal i’ve cracked a formula for generating animations that look like they cost $50k to produce and instantly stop people from scrolling on top of that, you’re saving $2,000+ on 3d animators and skipping weeks of waiting this is literally one of the most in-demand skills right now, do not miss on this AI gold rush

Day 19 of scaling to 1 mil a month on a new offer
These upsells are literally saving my life,
Claude code built on vercel, which is sick af.
The flexibility for a/b testing offers and upsells is what I’ve been looking for. It would have cost 1k a month for some dumb software to do this before.
The ability to tweak and optimize the funnel is unlimited. Between offer semantics & LP difference it took the CVR rate from 1.0 -3.0 that’s fucking nuts!
Big unlock was the checkout and copying shopify 1 for 1.
I’m actually blown away how many people use link pay, 7 out of 10.
Another big jump was adding link pay on the product page as a sticky button right next to the sticky ATC button. A lot of them checkout on the product page without even going to actual checkout. Huge jump on conversions.
Wanted $20k rev on Saturday but didn’t want to lose money doing it. Landed at $12.8k
We are running at almost 2k profit daily after all said and done. No email, no welcome flow, abondment cart sequence or google just purely tweaking meta.
Im doing a full case study documenting how we are doing this if you want it

No way I'm sharing this for free
I just found a tool that lets you drop a whole video template into Claude and it breaks it down for you clip by clip.
then Claude can swap the character for a new one rewrite the entire script in your tone even make the video longer if you want.
the crazy part is it does it all in one go from your conversation.
RT + comment "tool" and I'll send you the link

Meta’s new algorithm rewards creative diversity.
If you’re not increasing output, you’re losing. So I built a workflow that turns one brief into dozens of ads in minutes.
The workflow analyze top competitors, extract what converts, define the angle, generate production-ready creatives, all in one flow.
Perfect for brands that want to bring production in-house and cut agency costs, and for agencies that need massive creative volume without hiring.
One setup. Infinite ads.
Want it ?
Comment “ADS” and I’ll DM you the workflow
