@Salifsibane16 curious what the actual threshold is for “weak” on Thursday, that’s usually where people either pull too early or too late
English

@codyschneider people showing up because the content mirrors what they already downloaded makes sense, no bait and switch feeling
English

@EcomKostnchko_ still tracking it manually in google sheets at that volume is honestly impressive discipline
English

@JaredDHardin first sub job is always the real test of whether you can scale past doing everything yourself
English

I'm officially subcontracting my first job!
It's a crack sealing job for a parking lot that is 200k sq ft.
Fulfilling this myself would have taken weeks and nobody wants their lot being worked on for that long, so I had to sub it.
I could have bid it a bit higher, but I'll make a little money while learning a lot. Win win.
English

@TheJeremyHaynes turning the call into a formality instead of a pitch is the real unlock here, the selling happens before they even show up
English

@stevehunsaker1 curious what people usually come back saying after going through that exercise
English

@calebcanales_ 25x ROAS off $500 spend is a wild starting day, curious if that holds once budget actually scales up
English

relaunched FB ads for one of my peptide clients yesterday.
We ended the day at 25x ROAS, $8CPA and almost $13k in revenue after only spending $500.
Right now i've never seen a better time to running RUO ads and feel its only going to get better.
Every agency that runs this shit aside from me drops the ball.
We actually scale

@shauneng what’s the one thing almost every brand had wrong right before they finally broke through
English

@mrfeldmanSEM paying full price for traffic that has zero chance of converting because the feed didn’t know the product was gone is such a quiet and expensive failure
English

Was on a call with a brand that's scaling hard and is profitable on google ads...
But everything tanked in a single week for them:
ROAS fell off, CPCs looked normal, nothing in the account had been touched.
The founder was convinced google flipped a switch on them.
And campaigns were fine.
They'd sold through their best-selling SKU, and google kept spending like it was in stock.
The product page was still live, just showing out of stock.
So the feed kept the product active, the ads kept serving, and people kept clicking.
They'd land on the page, see they couldn't buy, and leave.
The brand was paying full price for traffic that had a 0% chance of converting.
And it was their best seller, meaning the product google's algorithm had learned to push hardest was now the one burning the most money.
That single SKU had been carrying so much of the account that when it stopped converting, the blended numbers made the whole account look broken.
So we synced inventory status to the feed properly, so out of stock products automatically stop serving.
We set up alerts for when top sellers run low.
And we redistributed the budget toward the products that were actually available.
ROAS recovered within days, because the account was never broken in the first place.
The lesson is that your ad account doesn't exist in a vacuum.
It sits on top of your inventory, your site, and your operations.
When performance suddenly tanks and nothing in the account changed, the cause is usually outside the account.
Check what google is selling before you check how google is selling it.

@NickAbraham12 curious if he ever gets the deal or if this becomes a legendary case study in persistence either way
English

@bony_ghadiya_ No lie fixing tracking before scaling anything else is usually where most accounts actually fall apart first
English

if you run google ads for ecommerce, this is the only community you need.
we built a skool around the exact playbook that’s driven $850M+ in revenue so you can stop guessing and start scaling with a system that actually works.
inside, you’ll learn how to launch search, shopping, pmax, youtube, and demand gen campaigns, fix tracking, build accounts that don’t fall apart at scale, and avoid the expensive mistakes most people keep making.
this is for people who want real growth, not button-clicking theory.
join the community and get the framework

English

@stevehunsaker1 the ones who follow up longest usually win these leads, most competitors quit after call 2
English

@calebcanales_ $50k off under $3k spend is a wild ratio, no wonder it drew attention fast
English

someone said my peptide results are fake thats how you know their working 😂
less than $3k ad spend for $50,000 in revenue
this ad account was banned after a week of running.
relaunched on 3 other accounts and getting back up after being down for 3 weeks
performance before ban 😁
39x roas and 9.85x roas on only 2 ads!

@umzrs taking real ecom and marketing skills and pointing them at scamming elderly people instead of building something legitimate is a genuinely bad look man fvck
English

@A_Vautrelle perfecting the website while ignoring sales calls is such a comfortable way to avoid the thing that actually makes money today haha
English

@johnhickey1970 sitting in the sun until motivation comes back instead of forcing through it is a genuinely underrated way to reset lowkey
English

contractor came to check out my little Project
We bought a 4600 square-foot house on a golf course and I’m in the middle of getting all of the bathrooms in the kitchen taking up all the flooring moving some walls
He stopped me like halfway through he said it looks like you’re a little over your head
I asked him why
He said you seem like you’re overwhelmed.
So I stopped and explained to him that I’ve been doing this for 20 years
Sometimes I do get a little overwhelmed I just wrap it up go outside sit in the sun for a little while motivation will return and come back inside and get to work
Kind of the same with anything really

English

@JemBourouhDE getting recognized by name from the actual top of the company hits different than any campaign ever could
English

@rexan_wong if the algo’s rewarding mutuals now, engagement quality probably matters more than raw volume rn
English

x algo changed - wassup homies
