Stopped doing "free strategy calls" 2 years ago and my close rate went up 40% If u offer free 30-min strategy calls, every tire kicker in the eCom space books one. budget tourists, course junkies, people who just want to pick yr brain. u spend 8 hours/week giving free advice to people who weren't gonna hire u anyway Then u arrive at the actual qualified call exhausted, half-prepped, treating it like another routine 30 mins Now my "discovery process" is: u DM me u tell me yr current spend, AOV, repeat rate, and current Google setup if u meet the threshold, i'll send a calendar link that's it. Removes 90% of the wankers. the founders who put in 5 mins to write me a proper DM are the same ones who actually close. Agencies are scared to qualify upfront cause they go for volume Level up. PS. if you want to add 20-40% rev on top of what you're doing now (w/o rebuilding your entire funnel or hiring in-house): DM me "GADS" for a free Google audit (must be doing at least $50K/day on Meta or Google)

the last client i fired was paying $3k/mo, zero issues but every email was a complaint. every call he was telling me how to do my job. every result was "could be better" was spending 30% more time on his acc than my best clients and getting 60% less profit from it money isn't the most expensive thing a client costs u the wrong client pays u to be their stress release valve. drain on yr energy, yr team, yr capacity to actually deliver for the clients who matter. most operators figure this out 5 years late i figured it out 18 months ago. retention went from avg 4 months to 2+ years overnight. the right clients pay u for expertise. the wrong ones pay u to be available for blame. fire accordingly. - Finlay PS. DM "AUDIT" and i'll teardown ur Google acc at 0 upfront cost (must be doing $50k/day on either Google or Meta)
