@CityPowerJhb when I go to visit your office at Hursthill, I am told you are closed, even though you're meant to be open for another 30 mins according to the internet.

@CityPowerJhb we've been without power going on 60 hours now. when we log a fault on your website, it moves straight to "completed" without any actual resolution. when we call, a technician is assigned, but clearly is not actually attending to the problem.

@CityPowerJhb after spending two hours trying to escalate the fault logged on Friday (96 hours ago) and being told that it is escalated we have been sent “allocated_REJ” what does this mean?!

96 hours without power, initial call logged on Friday, no one has come to assist and zero communication. The escalation number doesn’t work. Are you able to actually help or do community managers just sign their names on these responses @CityPowerJhb ref 3309072

@CityPowerJhb lost grid power at 1am on Friday 7 March. Logged a ticket that morning. No one came. Called this morning to escalate the ticket. No one came. Called again this afternoon. No one came. Been without grid power for 4 days now. Ref 3309072. Please help - DESPERATE DAN
