@CityPowerJhb we've been without power going on 60 hours now. when we log a fault on your website, it moves straight to "completed" without any actual resolution. when we call, a technician is assigned, but clearly is not actually attending to the problem.

@CityPowerJhb after spending two hours trying to escalate the fault logged on Friday (96 hours ago) and being told that it is escalated we have been sent “allocated_REJ” what does this mean?! Ref 3309072

96 hours without power, initial call logged on Friday, no one has come to assist and zero communication. The escalation number doesn’t work. Are you able to actually help or do community managers just sign their names on these responses @CityPowerJhb ref 3309072
