@RogersHistory More accountability for teachers & schools. In other words, if a parent triggers a DD tribunal or successfully overturns an exclusion, it leaves a black mark on staff file. That'll make SLTs less trigger happy if personal accountability/reputational/employment risk introduced 👍

DfE data today shows school suspensions have risen to almost a million, what is your solution to this problem? Cue a few days of: more support, more money, earlier intervention, more innovative curriculums, better teaching, less punitive behaviour policies, more nurture, being more trauma informed, more TAs, more alternative provisions etc. But: More Responsibility More Accountability More Respect Minimum expectations None of these cost anything but would make the biggest difference IMO.

@tmrugbycoach_ If you’re on Facebook as well there is a group called Supply Teacher Network. It’s pretty level headed for a Facebook group and people are pretty good at recommending agencies that give the best rates and conditions.
