@acq_official Promotion first, then scale once validated. Most successful people have a graveyard of attempts — each one a lesson. In syndication, early content and outreach help test and refine before going bigger. Keep swinging and learning.” Encouraging

"If no one knows about your stuff, you will make nothing ever. So someone has to find out about it. You have to promote first. Now scaling that promotion you only want to do when you know the thing is good" "Everyone falls the first time and everyone has this idea that they're going to be Jeff Bezos on their first swing. Almost every entrepreneur with the exception of Bezos and Zuck have many a graveyard of failed attempts, but they're not really failed attempts. They're like, oh yeah, that's when I learned that this thing was really important"

@WealthCoachMak Solid advice for 20s/30s. Growth and compounding beat chasing dividends early on. Buy quality businesses (or assets) with strong moats and let time do the work. I balance that with real estate syndication for cash flow as I get older — different phases, different priorities.

@XFreeze @elonmusk The Sun is the ultimate source. A small area of solar could power the US — the real bottleneck is storage, transmission, and grid infrastructure. Bitcoin mining and AI data centers are already pushing demand for reliable power. Long-term, solar + storage + nuclear will be key

Elon Musk explains why the Sun is humanity's ultimate energy source: "The vast majority of Earth's energy already comes from the Sun. Without it, Earth would be a frozen ice ball A roughly 100-mile by 100-mile area of solar panels....about a corner of Arizona, could generate enough electricity to power the entire United States" The challenge isn't whether enough solar energy exists It's building the infrastructure to capture, store, and distribute it efficiently

@acq_official Being specific is powerful. General statements get ignored. Concrete, relatable details cut through and build belief. In syndication content, sharing real deal examples, numbers from tours, and LP outcomes resonates way more than vague promises

@JulieChangRE Unfortunately common. Rigorous DD on sponsors/GPs, verifying track record, skin in the game, and references is non-negotiable in syndication. Stories like this are why LPs should never skip the verification step. Boots-on-ground and transparency protect everyone.

So much fraud in real estate and construction ‼️ “Calvert misappropriated more than $8.7 million in deposits from 15 cooperating victims………homeowners paid large upfront deposits intended to cover subcontractors and construction costs, but Calvert allegedly failed to pay many of those subcontractors. As a result, liens were filed against homeowners’ properties, forcing many victims to pay additional costs while hiring new contractors to finish their homes.”

@MediaKing Being early and sprinting when you see the open lane is everything. In syndication/content, getting in on X/TikTok education early helped build audience and LP relationships before it got crowded. Momentum compounds fast. No meetings — just execute.

Early on, my first business was barely scratching six figures a month. Fourteen months later we were doing seven figures a month. The secret wasn't some genius tactic. It was being early to a channel everyone else was ignoring. First-mover advantage is real, but it has a short shelf life. When you spot an open lane, you sprint. You don't schedule a meeting about it.

Interesting angle on the margin shift. If cheaper/open models drive more token volume and better ROI for end users, the infra layer (chips, power, data centers) could capture more of the economics. Nvidia’s open source push makes sense in that light. Long-term, efficiency at both model and infra level wins. Exciting space to watch.

The mega bull case for AI infrastructure would be *if* market share shifted away from certain frontier labs with 90%+ inference margins toward cheaper models, whether open-source or closed. It would increase the ROI on AI spend for end customers by increasing intelligence per dollar, which would drive incremental token demand. Margin dollars would effectively get redistributed from the frontier labs to AI infrastructure providers. The infra winners would be those with the lowest per token cost and the winners at the model layer would be those with the highest token efficiency. There are many reasons Jensen is so focused on open source, but this is likely the most important one as I think he is probably less worried about a monopsony these days. Lower margin % at the model layer = more margin $ at the infra layer all else equal. With SpaceX and Meta being vertically integrated and possessing the #3 and #4 models respectively it is more possible than ever. Note that Grok 4.5 is ahead of Fable for some useful tasks at a much lower cost, so ranking them #3 is conservative. This is not happening yet. Cheap, mostly open source tokens are likely the majority of volume today but the majority of economic value is still accruing to the most intelligent models. Might change though. We will see.

This is true as I have heard this from contacts in the Valley. Goes with my pinned post. The AI race is shifting from bigger models to cheaper, smarter systems cnbc.com/2026/07/10/the…

Excuses are the biggest barrier. Love seeing you help people like Jennifer push through real obstacles with creative finance. In syndication, we focus on LP capital, but the principle is the same: action and creative structuring beat waiting for perfect conditions. Inspiring work.

Are excuses holding you back from building a portfolio of passive income? We are tackling the top ten excuses that keep people from getting their first real estate deal, starting with the belief that you need money. Last year, we showed you how getting started in real estate with no money is possible by helping a lady, Mattie, get her first deal while living in a women's shelter. Now, we are introducing the next person we're helping. We flew out to Austin, Texas to help Jennifer Lindsey, a mother with multiple sclerosis who lost her husband and has trouble even moving her hands. WATCH HERE: bit.ly/4vndyHI Despite these massive challenges, we set an ambitious goal: help her secure three creative finance deals in just four days. Will she be able to push past her physical limitations, utilize our strategies, and lock down these life-changing properties? We documented every step of the journey, proving that absolutely anyone can overcome their real estate fears and succeed. Click the link below if you need to stop making excuses for why you can't. bit.ly/4vndyHI

Homeownership builds equity and forced savings like nothing else. The wealth gap between owners and renters is real over the long run. For those priced out of single family right now, multifamily syndication is a strong alternative — own a piece of cash-flowing assets without the single-property headaches. Building wealth either way beats renting forever.

Stop believing the lie that renting is better than owning. While renting might seem cheaper month-to-month, the numbers tell a different story. 🏠 Wealth Gap: The average renter has a net worth of just $10,000. The average homeowner has a net worth of over $400,000. The secret is the "forced savings account" known as a mortgage. Instead of spending extra cash on things you don't need, homeownership builds real wealth over time. Don’t just pay for a place to live, own the property and invest in your future. Balance wins. Chasing every new fad diet or routine often creates more stress than results. Sustainable habits that fit your life (consistent movement, real food, good sleep) beat perfectionism every time. I focus on progress I can maintain while building syndication and family time — not Instagram-ready optimization.

Strong point on margins. 80%+ gross for services gives massive pricing power and room to scale. The fear of saying a higher number on the call is usually the biggest blocker. Worst case is a ‘no’ — you can always adjust. Raising prices is one of the fastest levers once you have proof of value.

"You're running on 60% gross margins. For me, my rule of thumb with services is 80% or higher. So if 80 is the base, then we need to make $400,000 a year per accountant. 80% means you've got it for sure double, maybe a triple in pricing that's sitting right there." "You're intimidated by the fact that you just have to say a different number at the end of the phone call. That's it. Literally, the worst case scenario is a person who says no. It's not like you can't change the price back."

Religious and regulatory clarity will be key for adoption in many markets. Pakistan navigating Islamic finance rules for stablecoins/tokenized assets is an important development. Long-term, clear frameworks usually accelerate legitimate growth. Bitcoin and self-custody cut through a lot of this noise though.

@MediaKing Capital kills agility. Lean teams that obsess over profitable acquisition and fix problems in hours win. Too much money creates complacency. Better execution and ads beat bigger budgets every time.

Everything that makes a consumer brand great gets ruined by too much capital. Ruthless cost cutting. A fanatical obsession with acquiring customers profitably. Fast reactions when a supplier fails or a shipment slips or the ad platform breaks. The best brands fix those in hours, not weeks. Too much money lets you sit and wait out the storm, except sometimes it isn't a storm, it's the new normal. Plenty of brands stopped spending on ads in 2021 and just never started again. Small, nimble, aggressive beats a big war chest. More money isn't the answer. Better ads are.

Cold emails for podcast guests are almost universally terrible. An agency that nails short, value-first pitches (under 500 chars) with real hooks could print money. Same principle in syndication outreach — short, specific, benefit-driven messages cut through the noise. Execution is everything.

Every single day I get 3-7 cold emails pitching podcast guests. They are genuinely the worst cold emails I've ever seen in any industry. Which is why: You could build a $1M agency around this. Truth. People don’t buy because they don’t believe. In syndication marketing, it’s the same: transparent track record, real numbers from past deals, boots-on-ground proof — not hype. State the facts clearly. If they’re not compelling enough yet, improve the actual offering instead of the story. Belief compounds faster than anything.

"The biggest issue in marketing is that no one believes. Everything we do is to accomplish that one objective. No one believes you. If you're like, I can help people decrease their page load times, everybody would want faster page load times. So why don't people buy from you? They don't believe you." "The number one rule of marketing that we have at acquisition.com and every company I have, if we had just one door that marketing was under, it would be state the facts and tell the truth. If the facts and the truth are not compelling, you don't warp them, you warp reality. You change your environment, you change what you want to show."
