A simple disintegration effect using only a material and no particles. By combining alpha erosion with a noise mask and world position offset, you can push the effect further. Here the vertices rotate along their normals while the mesh erodes away #gamedev #VFX #realtimeVFX #UnrealEngine5 #UnrealEngine
