This isn’t customer care, it’s bad business. After 7 years, I’m being forced to find a new provider for my dog. Is this how you do business? It’s a shame. You could have admitted your mistake, credited me, and continue business as usual from me and kept me as a customer for years

I’ve been a loyal @FigoPet customer for 7 years. In June, they claimed my $143.70 payment “bounced.” My bank confirmed it cleared, I sent docs, escalated multiple times — months later, still no resolution.
Now they want to charge ME a $15 reinstatement fee for THEIR error.

@altstoreio I updated and now altstore crashes everytime it’s installed on my phone from both a PC and a Mac. Is this fixed??
