Did you know 2g of #Paracetamol (4 X 500mg tablets) can be given to increase the immediate effectiveness of its analgesic effect? This higher than normal dose is known as a 'loading dose'. It’s safe but always work within guidelines & scope of practise. #Ambiwlans #CombatMedic
