@AndyGoode10 We knew about FrenchTV selectivism before the game, it was obvious during the match.Refs have an impossible task,sometimes the best they can do is try to be fair to all .Today the superior team won,nobody died,it’s just a silly counter intuitive game,still love it .

I am English and I am not a Royalist, far from it. Nonetheless, I felt (with the appropriately reserved British stance of my parents generation) proud (a word I have rarely used in my life) listening to King Charles, through his speech writers (though I suspect he would not say something they had written of which he did not approve) as he addressed the U.S. Congress as the adult in the room. His speech made it clear that Donald Trump is a danger to the USA, to the stability of the international community and the planet. His speech may help some Republicans in congress to grow a backbone on behalf of the American people who find themselves with a President who does not care about them but only for his own elevation and power. To King Charles I say, nicely done. #USA #America #KingCharles #UK #Congress

@Hendrover Still enjoy lamb’s liver ! However Ketchup, HP sauce etc were invented for those that don’t like offal or other unpalatable foods, but nothing can make turnip enjoyable for me.

Hated offal. When kidney and liver were were served every week I just had mash and a veg. Me fatha would always say: 1. It would do you good to starve. (It wouldnt) 2. It would do you good to be in the Army (it wouldnt) If you were hungry you'd eat that. ( I wouldnt).
