Two guys finished NYSC same time.
One rushed into crypto — memecoins, airdrops, presales.
Turned ₦800k to ₦18M in 8 months.
The other said “I want stability.”
Got a 9–5 job paying ₦180k/month.
12 months later:
Crypto guy lost almost everything chasing the next pump.
Back to ₦2M and no steady income.
Salary guy saved ₦1.2M, started a small side hustle, still earning monthly.
Now here’s the uncomfortable question:
Who is actually doing better?
The one who touched big money but couldn’t keep it…
Or the one growing slowly in this economy?
Be honest — because this answer will expose your real mindset about money.

@InibeheEffiong All these attempts is to stifle opposition. Their focus was previously on Labor Party. Now seeing that Nigerians are embracing ADC as the last hope, they want to stop by by all means.
A time comes when talks are backed by actions. And now is the time!
English

The ADC is not my cup of tea, but there is now reasonable basis to infer existence of a well orchestrated sinister conspiracy to truncate contested and credible elections in 2027.
From what is publicly available, all the Executives of the ADC resigned to allow David Mark and Aregbesola to emerge as the National Chairman and the National Secretary respectively.
The man who took the case to the court, Nafiu Gombe, claims that he did not resign as Deputy National Chairman, and that he ought to have automatically assumed the position of National Chairman “in line with the Party’s Constitution”.
Interestingly, the ADC held a National Executive Committee where the party ratified its new leadership led by Mark.
So, what’s the controversy here?
Is dispute over the leadership of a political party no longer the internal affairs of the political party?
It used to be the law that issues of political party leadership is non justiciable, or forum domesticum.
A Party’s NEC has the authority to decide who should lead the party.
If the ADC says they want another person to assume that role instead of the Deputy National Chairman, can the Court compel the same Party to submit to its Deputy?
Is this dispute justiciable?
Also, the Court of Appeal said the parties should maintain status quo ante bellum.
This means the state of affairs before the suit before the Federal High Court was filed by the Claimant.
Before the suit, who was the Chairman of the Party?
Was it not David Mark?
Is this INEC saying that the Order of the Court of Appeal implies that there should be leadership vacuum in the ADC until the case is determined by the Federal High Court?
Whose script is this INEC playing?
It seems that the ruling party, which prides itself as having over thirty governors in its fold, is so scared of a fair contestation.
If it is the desire of INEC for Bola Tinubu to contest as a sole candidate - unopposed, in 2027, let the Commission say so publicly.
It will save the country the billions of Naira budgeted for the ‘presidential election’.

Yesterday defenders of democracy, today's destroyers, What a shame.
What an irony of history, that the acclaimed defenders of democracy and human rights who claimed to have fought for democracy during the era of General Sani Abacha now find themselves worse than the man they opposed.
Today, General Sani Abacha, once presumed face of oppression, will be remembered as seemingly more democratic and more respectful of human rights than the so-called champions of activism from the NADECO days. Power indeed reveals character.

An American bank partnered with a Nigerian man to launder $308 million of Nigerian government money.
The money left Nigeria through American banks. It then sat quietly in a shell company for years while the man lived comfortably in Texas.
In 2003 American authorities arrested him. He spent six months in federal detention in the United States waiting to be tried.
Before the trial happened he offered to return $163 million.
America accepted. He flew back to Nigeria.
Nobody questioned him. Nobody charged him. Nobody prosecuted him.
He ran for Senate and won. He ran for Governor and won. He ran for Governor again and won.
America returned the $308 million his operation had laundered.
The new president then put him in cabinet.
America did not trust Nigeria with the $308 million.
They tied every dollar to three specific roads. Lagos-Ibadan Expressway. Abuja-Kano Road. Second Niger Bridge.
They even included a clawback clause. Misuse one dollar, pay it all back.
Why the conditions? Because previous loot returned to Nigeria had already disappeared.
Nigeria's own government told the court they had no record of how the earlier billions were spent.
A man who laundered billions is currently Nigeria's Minister of Budget and Economic Planning.
He decides how Nigeria spends its money.

@BolajiADC This reflects what the govt prioritizes. Protection of vulnerable communities being slaughtered by gunmen or protection of INEC a govt institution!
English

This government did not deploy armoured tanks to protect the people of Plateau State earlier this week.
They did not deploy them to confront the bandits that they call “prodigal sons” and “brothers.”
But they deployed tanks at INEC headquarters in Abuja this morning, to protect themselves from peaceful everyday Nigerians.
Show me your priorities, and I will show you who you are.

@benmurraybruce @elonmusk Oga Bruce who's supporting a failed govt is asking Elon to do better in the provision of quality Starlink network. If this isn't hypocrisy, I don't know what else is. They can't take half of what they're dishing to us!
English

.@elonmusk I bought a Model S the first year you released it in California. I believed in what you were building. I got Starlink a few years ago in Nigeria, it was brilliant. Now? It only works between 11pm and 5am. SIX HOURS out of 24.
You’ve clearly oversold capacity and overloaded the network. In England, providers stop selling once infrastructure is maxed out. Why is Nigeria different? Because it’s Africa, the rules don’t apply? People here pay FULL PRICE for a service that works 25% of the time.
This isn’t innovation. This is exploitation. You took our money, saturated the network, and left us with a glorified paperweight for 18 hours a day.
Fix it or say it out loud: Nigerian customers don’t matter to you.
