@EVAAirUS Our flight from JFK to TPE was canceled and phone lines have been busy the last two days. We can't reach anyone at customer service??

@Orbitz Orbitz told me to call @AerLingus and Aer Lingus told me to contact @Orbitz. And both companies said they can't help me. How can I make the two companies communicate with each other???

@Orbitz I'm still trying to get a refund for a flight that was cancelled by the airline. @AerLingus said they can't issue a refund because I booked the flight through Orbitz.

@daphzlin Hi Daphne, you can submit a request for a refund at aerlingus.com/support/forms/… and this will be reviewed.

We've extended our change fee waiver to cover all travel up to and including 30 September 2020. Changes to bookings should be made online no later than 01 August. We're waiving change fees, but a fare difference may apply.
