Well I got convicted in the court of first instance, the judge mentioned my argument based on the preamble, but in the end the judge said, the court can convict and therefore must convict The appeal will be in the circuit court, I will appear on the 5th of June in Galway District court for sentencing Tá mo lá ag teacht
