@British_Airways Says there’s trouble finding my details on the lost baggage link. It’s been sitting in a warehouse across from Heathrow for three days per my AirTag and linked it. Why is there no tracking found. This is my legal property.

@British_Airways Day 6 and no bag. Had to buy extra jackets and sweaters since still no updates or clothes. Hope the £10 Million you requested from Heathrow goes to reimbursing the passengers who were affected and not into your pocket.

@British_Airways There’s no information provided in that link. We’ve all been checking it for days. How close is this to being resolved? I keep being told each day it will come the next day. Impossible to plan around.

@British_Airways @HeathrowAirport Incredibly confused why there’s been no pickup option set up. Crazy to think I’ve been waiting four days for a bag that is 13 miles away. Will be leaving tomorrow for another country without my personal belongings when I’ve begged to come get.

They finally moved the baggage to a holding facility where numerous shipping vendors can handle moving forward, but guess who leaves to a completely different country without their stuff. On top of that the airline website will not let me update the (1)

@British_Airways @HeathrowAirport Day 4 of no bags. Leaving tomorrow for Amsterdam and still haven’t gotten a single update. Bag delivery has been processing. Don’t trust a change of address since there’s still be no contact from the airline. How disappointing you don’t care.

@darendefrank @British_Airways It was likely due to the centralized conveyor system breaking down. I still haven’t seen my stuff. I can still see it at the airport but hasn’t moved. Any luck on your end?

@British_Airways A system error at Heathrow caused the airline to not release our bags a full 24 hours ago and still haven’t heard anything. When can we get our bags?

Three days later and still no bag. Said it was out for delivery yesterday and it’s still sitting in Terminal 5. Tried calling for update and said you weren’t taking calls anymore about this. Why can’t I come to Heathrow and get my bag? It hasn’t moved.

@British_Airways spoke with two customer service people. 1. Told me bag was accounted for and would be getting an email shortly. Never did. Second is saying it’s customs problem. Why am I still being lied to?

@British_Airways why have we still received no email saying what’s going on? Reports are saying system failure was out until this afternoon. Still no communication from you about my luggage or just what’s happening.

@D1987Alex @British_Airways Before they said that did they said they couldn’t locate your bag? My report says it’s still searching. Also, @British_Airways called for the second time and was told my bag was awaiting customs and that it’s the airports problem. What’s the truth?

@darendefrank @British_Airways I just got a notice on the baggage claim that the courier acknowledges my bag and is scheduled to be delivered. It’s still in terminal 5. My wife had the same notice this morning and we are tracking her bag make rounds all around the city. Hers is almost here. Good luck to you.

@darendefrank @British_Airways Don’t waste your time and money. We tried that early early this morning. We were not allowed back through nor British Airways front counter would help. Cost a lot of money to taxi over just to get told no.
