My karachi-Riyadh flight on 6 Mar 2026 was diverted mid air landed in madina. flynas customer support says refund has been processed on 4th April but I haven't recieved in bank. When I asked for any transaction details they cut the chat. @flynascare @flynas

Dear @flynascare, I still haven't received my refund for the cancelled flight between RUH-HYD on 8th Mar. Refund Request No. YHTG8H26030821984 raised on the same day and mentioned it will be done in 7 to 10 working days. It is still showing under review waiting for approvals.
