The fact that government officials were using a non-government communication network to conduct official business was the same thing we all screamed about Clinton doing but I guess when it's team Trump the same rules don't apply. Congress has no intention of putting most of these potential cuts into law—ever. As long as they can get away with it, with no pressure from the White House, they’ll simply keep funding like before. They’re not going to magically become fiscally conservative in the next round.
