They need to just remove the BS rent control and unlock all the empty units that won’t be remodeled by landlord becuase it doesn’t make financial sense to remodel and rent. Also these liberal cities need to address crime seriously and more areas become more desirable.

In today’s market (my market) we have more spaces for lease than tenants. You’re welcome to structure the lease how you see fit but if you don’t want to pay brokers up front they’ll just send their tenants to properties that will. Also nothing says you have to pay commission in the first place. You’re welcome to market the property yourself and find your own tenants. Why don’t most landlords just do that instead?

Why do brokers get paid for performance on sales but not on leasing?

With the announcement Jose Soriano will be the Opening Day Starter, here is my projected rotation to start out the season: RHP Jose Soriano LHP Yusei Kikuchi RHP Grayson Rodriguez LHP Reid Detmers RHP Alek Manoah I still think the #Angels will give Manoah a shot to start out the season, even if he truly hasn't earned it. We will see how he does tonight. Manoah in the rotation allows the young arms to stay in the minors and get a little more work in to develop. At this point Jack K is a possibility and I think Ryan Johnson is a huge darkhorse for that final spot. George Klassen and Samuel Aldegheri are still in consideration but both will likely start in the minors if I had to guess. Putting GRod 3rd allows a righty, lefty, righty, lefty, righty mix in the rotation rather than doubling up on same handedness in the rotation. If this ends up being the rotation, this would put Grayson Rodriguez in line to start the Angels Home Opener on April 3rd against Seattle.
