@AskeBay Based on that, you’re saying that not being able to issues refunds for cancelled listings that affects multiple users isn’t worth notifying your user community & your happy for them to continue to receive a negative experience from your platform? No comms=don’t care about users

@AskeBay just called up customer services who tell be there is a ‘back end’ issue preventing your platform from providing refunds on cancelled orders that affects multiple customers and you’re not telling anyone about??? I.e. No customer comms. Why the big secret?
