2/2 After some chasing Dell arranged for a replacement to be sent which was then lost by carrier. Now Dell are saying earliest they can send a replacement (s the 26 of June. I get that carriers mess up but this is pretty poor @Dell

1/2 Incredibly poor customer service from @Dell I ordered a monitor online at the start of May. It arrived damaged on the 12 May - Clear the box had been dropped and there was a big and very sharp piece of glass stuck in the side of the box!
