First met Pete on the terraces in the 1980’s we remained firm friends since a man of love of culture & of travel I’d pick him up from airports and we’d talk football or cricket he’d tell me how he managed to tune in to TMS in some far flung corner

@Roux_GK We talked goalkeeping, lots. Through his work with @JossiesDad he was a connoisseur of the art. He followed your progress with a keen interest.

Had the pleasure of meeting Pete Blackman a few times, usually when he was working with my Dad or snapping photos in the South Stand. One of Pompey’s finest and I know he’ll be greatly missed by everyone. Rest easy 💙
