I'm looking for examples of smart *color keys/legends* for my next article. They're a small detail in a #dataviz, but so important for readability. Show me your favs! I'm especially interested in interactive color keys that show the distribution of the data – do you know any?

@beyond_wrds @parkrunUK @southwarkpark Nice! I did my own @parkrunUK beeswarm a few years ago (the passing of time means I'm a different age category these days too). I don't think I would have threatened any of the @beyond_wrds team though, you'd all have been in the post-run cafe by the time I made it over the line!

A few of our data team are @ParkrunUK fanatics. So when Saturday’s 5km #Parkrun @Southwarkpark ended in a photo finish, naturally they made a #DataViz to settle the debate. #LoveParkrun
