@data_kat Kat, I was looking at the election precinct shapefile in QGIS. It renders correctly on the preview at the open data website, but when I load it in QGIS, a whole bunch of precincts are missing. Why is this?

My gut: reduce number of arrows & have detailed visuals that further explain each route of contamination to supplement as needed.
