Rebuilt TablePro's connection form, full native SwiftUI rewrite

"I don't have a database to test it on" was the most common reason people bounced off TablePro. v0.38 ships with Chinook bundled: a real SQLite schema, ~3000 rows. Click "Try Sample Database" in the welcome window and you're running SELECT in ten seconds. tablepro.app

@rphlmr The window is transparent only when it's in focus. When it's out of focus, it's opaque.

@erbanku @tableproapp I know Windows has more users than Linux. But I’m the only one maintaining TablePro, and my second laptop is too slow to develop on Windows, so I went with Linux first. Windows support will come later.

@tableproapp Why not Windows, too? What is your problem with Windows users, which has the largest user base?
