For those curious, they didn't "design" anything. This is a re-plated Revvi 7Pro (a Chinese phone) that has been out of production for some time because Wingtech is currently selling the 8Pro. This phone is almost 2 years old. All "Trump Mobile" did was purchase a bunch of unsold stock because their attempts to tell people who made a deposit they weren't getting their money back was going to result in lawsuits.
So congratulations, you're all paying for useless, outdated, Chinese tech that has been re-skinned.

YouTube demonetized my channel, Fluffy Animal Tales, for “Inauthentic content” a few weeks ago. I want to share my full story because this decision has seriously affected my work, my channel, and the animals I try to help. Fluffy Animal Tales is a wildlife storytelling channel focused on emotional rescue stories, animal rehabilitation, and the bond between humans and wild animals, especially bobcats and lynx. Every video is created with care. We research real wildlife rescue situations, build original storylines, write the scripts ourselves, create unique visuals, edit each video manually, and shape every story to spread kindness, awareness, and respect for animals. This is not automated content. This is not mass-produced. This is not reused content. Every video is made with effort, emotion, and a clear purpose. Because of this demonetization, YouTube has removed over $15,000 from my channel. This money helped support the work behind the channel and our mission to keep creating meaningful animal rescue stories. It disappeared almost overnight with no real explanation. I submitted an appeal video showing my full creation process step by step, but I believe it was rejected by an automated system without a real human review. The response felt like a copy-paste message that many other creators have received. I have followed the process. I have reached out. I have provided details. But I keep hitting the same wall. All I am asking for is one real person at YouTube to actually review my channel and my appeal fairly. @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTube, please do the right thing. If you believe creators deserve fair treatment, please repost this.

Google should never be allowed to dictate which user hardware is able to visit public websites. I wish websites would ditch reCAPTCHA for open source alternatives instead of using this god awful shit.

@datnofact I've been a huge fan of the PS2/GC/Xbox and even PS360 level of fidelity for a long time. The environments can look really nice but aren't cluttered. It might have blurry textures but it never bothered me, and it means there's less sharp detail competing for your attention.

The older I get the more I appreciate retro graphics and visual aesthetics and I don't know how much of it is nostalgia thing or that my brain is just sick of looking at high fidelity screens full of muddy colours and shiny surfaces with too just much going on visually at once.

@ComChia430 I've been into emulation for a long time but it's only been in recent years that I've developed a much deeper appreciation for the aesthetics of older games. Especially pixel art now. The rise in indie games that also appreciate these aesthetics probably helps.

@datnofact Having been into retro gaming since the late 1990s, I've never really cared for the nostalgia part, it was more loving the general aesthetics of flat polygons and pixels, and doong so much with so little, that got me obsessed.
