This is the way, unfortunately. I'd rather see Linux distros outright region restrict than enact age verification. People who are savvy enough to install a new OS should be able to figure it out.

So it begins. ArchLinux 32 project has restricted access to Brazilian users. This is due to recently implemented Brazil law that enforces age verification at the operating system level. But this is more of a workaround, if I can even call that, than a solution. More and more US states are proposing age verification laws at OS level. What then? Will Linux distros start restricting their web access in those states as well?

I love "video game" aesthetics, nothing better than to have my video games look all video-gamey. This is about the same as complaining about a song that it may have amazing notes and sounds but it just still has that "music" aesthetic about it that's hard to articulate.

@gr8_rebellion No worries! I probably could've phrased it a little better. One big reason I'm such a fan of retro games is because modern AAA games don't have that sort of crunchiness to the visuals that was a lot more apparent back then.
