@daveflips_ A ton of them are automated spam calls coming to the website
Most actual humans that contact the site end up being qualified calls because they’re inbound leads, not someone coming from a paid ad

@FlippinFelixx @stockxsucks reviews, fba/fbm not big deal, most customers dont know the difference, and margin on these if you sell the correct product is not worth it
English

@daveflips_ @stockxsucks are you referring to the reviews? also, are they just FBA’ing everything so their negative reviews can get removed?
English

@stockxsucks this make 100% but sense but have you seen any actual proof of this?

Another very nice month.
Margin was lower than last month but still way better than it was earlier in the year.
Good profit.
Spent the most I ever have on inventory this month too so 2025 should be a good start.
I’m not expecting a big December. I have little inventory checked in and I’m not FBMing a lot.
My goals going forward are to:
-Sustain good margin months like this and last month
-Spend little time sourcing and purchase a lot when the opportunity arises
-Get rid of 99% of leakage and focus on inventory turnover
I have been scaling Amazon since I started and I reached a point where I just want to sustain for the near future to stack cash and have more time to work on other things.
I’m okay with a poor December this year as I did not prepare for it but I have learned so much for next Q4.
I will spend December reconciling alot of 2024 leakage and also 2023, getting ready for taxes, liquidating all old inventory sitting in my house, graduating college, improving systems for my VA, and focusing on other businesses.

Having a bed optimizes for a lack of adequate sleep hours.
Poor sleep hours + poor sleeping conditions = underperformance.
2022 me was doing this even though he had a choice but ended up getting it Out Duh Mud.
Running it back..

Im going to start sleeping on the floor until I change my life again

I look for 40% ROI at the WORST price in the past year.
Can be flexible. If the worst price is very uncommon and is not likely to happen, its good. Will also take less than 40% if item sells fast or is not return-heavy.
For shoes/clothing, aim a little higher, 50%. And know that for alot of shoes/clothing, the price will go down if its a popular sale so have to account for that too.

Best month ever sales-wise.
Best month ever profit-wise.
Best month ever margin-wise.
And I worked very little to achieve this compared to before.
Slow end to the month but more inventory should be checked in soon.
I did not buy a crazy amount of inventory this month though so if I want a big December, I can’t rely on FBA.
Gonna have to FBM again this year it seems.
Have a lot of improvements I’m going to implement this month.

@CRAZYBEAST10 if you have a good return handling system and source higher ROI to account for returns, shoes/clothes are no issue
English

@daveflips_ Yea figured I think that’s main reason why I’m trying to do wholesale because I don’t want to sell a bunch of clothes bc of the returns😭
And when it comes to Oa majority of the profitable stuff I find are clothes and maybe a good beauty lead here and there
English

@daveflips_ Are you mostly in the clothing category? Bc I know most of those OA people sell a lot of clothes probably bc that’s the easiest things to find. What category’s are you mostly in?
English

@JoshConard121 @hxxntrr havent started yet but will be shopify. definitely dont do that on amazon
English

@7FigSaykho your tweets about systems got me to start making them which helped alot 🙏
