@sainsburys Thanks for this, already tried Sainsburys app on all the iPhones in the household and they all exhibit same error message, so don't think it's related to the device. On Desktop browser, it works. What else can we try here?

@virginmedia How can i get through to customer retention to cancel when your cust service phone no just says to call back later and hangs up? My service is unusable over past weeks but fault checker says its working and no option to book engineer.

@sainsburys my elderly mum was prioritised for deliveries and notified by email last weekend. now this is no longer possible, have you dropped some previously eligible customers, in favour or ‘extremely vulnerable’? this hasn’t been communicated if this is the case. what to do?
