@kelsotheartist Ok…this is what I know- the Printer & the Network have to be EXACTLY the same. Ie. If the Printer is on Homerouter01 then the Mac has to be on exactly the same - Homerouter01. I didn’t realise homes have multiple network names like 2g and 5g etc…

don't get the HP Envy 6055e printer everyone! it literally will not reconnect to my internet after it went out randomly the other week. it has an app, but it's so hard to navigate and it links you to FAQ's on their website instead of actually giving you any info whatsoever. so I now I have this machine I can't use. I would like to throw rocks at it
