I stopped sending text-only outreach to my best prospects. Instead, I built personalized ‘microsites’ using Gamma's API and Clay: Each microsite pulls in the prospect's company colors, logos, ICP research, TAM breakdowns, and a customized proposal with a scheduling link. (and it’s all 100% automated) This way, every prospect sees a custom proposal before we ever get on a call. I documented the full workflow so anyone can set this up: • Clay template for account enrichment (importable) • Gamma API call format for microsite generation • Auto-branding logic for colors and logos • GTM analysis prompt structure • Scheduling link integration Comment "MICROSITE" and I'll send it over. PS - The template is reusable. Once it's set up, you can generate a new microsite for any prospect in minutes.

If you're not a dev like me, you've probably never gone into google apps scripts before But if you run all your business data in google sheets, this is your new mecca! Claude code can write you scripts that do all kinds of ninja reporting from your google sheets. (Also just think for a sec about what else google owns - youtube, search console, GA4, etc. It has all this data.) Claude code wrote a script that runs in GAS (google app script) that sends me a morning telegram message with a detailed breakdown of the leads and customers from the day before. I did NOT have to set up open claw or any hosting to make this happen, because google runs it all.

claude code just made every automation agency look like a joke. i described an outreach system in plain english. it planned the architecture, asked me clarifying questions, then built the entire thing autonomously. 14 minutes. zero code. self-healing workflows. here's what happened: i said "build me an outreach system that scrapes leads from apollo, researches them, sends personalized emails from my gmail, and hits them on linkedin" claude code: → read my .md file (the secret sauce) → asked what type of clients i'm targeting → asked how i want linkedin handled → designed the full system architecture → built n8n workflows for the linear tasks → created agentic flows for the complex stuff → connected everything to airtable crm i clicked "yes, allow" a few times. that's it. that's the whole process. the .md file is what makes this work. it tells claude how to think about automations - when to use linear workflows vs agentic flows, how to structure them, how to make them self-healing. without it, claude guesses. with it, claude builds like a $15K consultant. comment "CLAUDE" and i'll send you the .md file that makes this possible. full video breakdown in the comments.
