Okay let's have a history lesson.. 2010: Tories and Libs form coilition to sort out Labours 13 years of economic mess. Not a Tory majority but governed peacefully with Lib Dems for the full 5 year term. In the national interest

2017: Conservatives lose majority and forms confidence and supply agreement with DUP. This adds to an opposition desparate to railroad the choice of the people and May resigns and Johnson takes over

2015: Win the general election with a 12 seat majority. Enact manifesto commitment for referendum on EU membership. Leave win and Cameron stands down for May who call for fresh mandate
